Come and join us on our first ride of the year! This is open to anyone who can ride a bike!   If you're already an experienced rider, this is a great time to come and meet the club and ask us about what we offer in terms of community, training, and racing. If you're new to road cycling, this is a perfect opportunity to come and see what Bristol has to offer, and find out what our sport is like!  This will be a relaxed pace, and the distance and speed will be set to accommodate whoever is out- the aim is to chat, get to know each other, and see some scenery. We will finish off with a slice of cake and a coffee at our favourite spot, One B Coffee House, on Cotham Hill.  **Please book if you can, to ensure we have enough leaders for all of you!** (if you don’t manage to, though, please come along anyway!)  What to bring: -  You're expected to come with a **bike**. Bring your own if you can, if not check out our website [uobcc.com/bike-hire](http://uobcc.com/bike-hire) - try to do this in advance if you can. - Everyone will need a **helmet**. Again if you have your own that's fantastic, if not get in contact with us and we may be able to provide one. - Hydration and a snack (if you haven't got a bottle cage consider bringing a small bag) - Come in some comfy clothes! Jeans are not great for cycling in. Make sure to check the weather and bring a coat if needed- but sports shorts and a breathable top work well if its sunny.
