Ever wanted to try aerial silks? Ever considered running away to the circus? Join us for a 30-minute taster session in aerial silks, where we will lead you through some impressive but beginner-friendly moves. We will also lead a group warm-up and cool-down before and after each session. No experience required! For everyone, please remember to bring water, and please remove all jewellery and watches before using any equipment. Please do not use any sunscreen or moisturiser on your arms, hands or legs 24 hours before the session as it can make the equipment very slippy for everyone.
