At Bristol Students’ Union, we know that finding a new rental property in Bristol can be a stressful experience for students.
Whether this be your first property as you move out of halls, or if you are looking for a new place to call home in your final years. To help with this load, Bristol Students’ Union has put on a Housing Fair again for you this year. It's here to help equip you with the knowledge and resources you need to make informed decisions about your housing options going forward.

The Housing Fair is your chance to take the stress out of finding accommodation. Whether it’s your first time renting or you’re planning ahead for next year, you’ll get everything you need in one place. Meet trusted housing providers and lettings agents, discover your rights as a student renter, and learn how to avoid common pitfalls. You’ll also have access to our brand-new Housing Advice Service, interactive talks with Shelter, and plenty of freebies including from tote bags and pizza.
Who Should Attend? If you’re looking for your first rental, searching for better accommodation, or simply want to understand your housing rights, this event is for you. It’s designed for any student who wants clear advice, reliable information, and the confidence to make informed decisions about where to live next year.
Lucy Pears, your SU Student Living Officer will also be there tomorrow:
‘As a student, I know how daunting finding the right home can feel, it’s such an important part of your university experience. That’s why I’m so passionate about making sure you have the advice and support you need. Don’t miss this opportunity to gather the information and support you need to secure your housing for the next academic year.
