Jordan Fung, Faculty Rep for Science and Engineering Undergrdaute, is our winner of Rep of the Month this November. Jordan has met two parts of our criteria; he has gone over-and-above-collecting students voices as well as championing underrepresented voices in his Faculty.
As a Faculty Rep over the past month, Jordan has worked hard to ensure he can collect as many students’ perspectives as possible and share them with the right people, including the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Education & Students as well as quick wins across his own school in Geography and co-hosting Rep Meet-Ups. He’s also championed commuter students’ voices, alongside your Undergraduate Education Officer Mia Stevens. His commitment to not only his role as Faculty Representative, but to the wider student representative voice as a whole, has been exemplary.
