Exams are just around the corner, and we know how important it is to feel prepared. From extra study spaces to hassle-free travel on exam day, here’s everything you need to make this assessment period a little smoother.
What's even better, these changes have come directly from asks by your Full-Time Officer team who are working hard to make your Exam Season as smooth as possible!
With assessments and coursework deadlines approaching, Katie your Union Affairs Officer, has worked with the University to keep teaching spaces open for students who need a space to study.
Also did you know? If a teaching room is free, you’re welcome to sit down and start studying, until that room is being used for teaching again.
Having trouble accessing a room or the website? Email Katie at su-union-affairs@bristol.ac.uk.
This follows Katie's earlier success in securing the Bristol SU basement for student group activities!

Bookable now during the week via Skedda, this is a huge space and we have already loved seeing groups making the most of it!
After last year’s success, we’ve secured additional funding to bring the Exam Buses back for this exam period.
These buses help students get from Clifton Campus and Metalworks to exams at Coombe Dingle, a brilliant initiative from your Student Living Officer, Lucy.
So if you have got an exam at Coombe Dingle - we’ve now got your stress free morning transport covered!
In TB1 last year, Lucy’s research showed over 40% of students had to get a taxi to Coombe Dingle exams, costing an estimated £7,000 overall. Nearly 70% said they’d use a shuttle service if available, so here it is! If this goes well, we could continue into TB2 and beyond. If you have booked, look out for an email afterwards and let us know how your journey went. Your feedback matters ⭐
