How to Buy Tickets

It's time for you to buy your tickets for Welcome Week 2026!
Here's all the information you need to make sure you don't miss out on any events.
First things first...
Log into the Website
To buy your Welcome Week tickets you'll need to log into the Bristol SU website.
Log into the website if you've received your university login:
- Go to bristolsu.org.uk
- Click sign in at the top of the page.
- Click student login.
- Fill in the boxes using your University of Bristol login details.
- If requested fill in your details and complete our demographic questionnaire.
- You should then be logged in and can go to the next step.
Log into the website without a UOB account:
- Click sign in at the top of the page.
- If you don't have an account type in your email address and click verify email.
- Follow the instructions in the email that is sent to you.
Buying individual tickets 🎫
Tickets will be available from Thursday 13 August 2026.
- Go to the full events listings. You can add tickets for as many additional events as you like to your basket.
- Select ‘basket’ from the toolbar along the top of the page and proceed to checkout and check out by entering your details.
Buying Ticket Passes
Ticket passes will be available from Thursday 13 August 2026.
- Go to www.bristolsu.org.uk/welcome/events/ticket-pass-finder and simply start typing your halls name. Select your halls and 'Click to Buy Ticket Pass'.
- This will take you through to your specific hall ticket pass page where you can read more about the events and buy the right ticket.
- Once added, select ‘basket’ from the toolbar along the top of the page and proceed to checkout and check out by entering your details.
Checking your details🔎
To check what tickets you have purchased, log into the website as explained at the top of this article.
- Once you're logged in, hover over your name in the top corner to link to your profile.
- Click the option for 'my tickets’.
- You should be able to see a list of what you've booked!
