Have you been to the swap shop in the SU Living Rooms? 🍝👕
We’ve made some exciting changes to Living Room 1, turning the cubby holes into a community larder – where you can pick up free canned and non-perishable food! Next to this, there will be a clothing rail, with non-stained and non-damaged clothing on offer.
At the Swap Shop Big Swap we will be doing a drive for donations of food and clothing. We will welcome donations of sealed, in-date canned food, flour, pasta, and other bits with a long shelf life as well as clothes that are in good condition, but that you never wear anymore.
There will also be free food and drink on offer – you’re invited to come along, and donate food or clothes, to help us combat waste and the cost of living!
We're looking for two swap shop launch volunteers to help run the event! It's going to be a really fun event, with plenty of snacks and drinks available!
