Want to host an event with the support of the Events & Tech Team, or book one of our venues?

The support we can offer varies from signposting useful suppliers to offering full scale events planning and production for your projects. Kick off the process by filling out this form and we'll get back to you.

Student-facing event request forms

If students are asking to book events in any of our Community Spaces (listed below) or Special Events in the Anson Rooms, copy and send them one of the following links. 

For Community Spaces i.e. The Bristol SU Living Rooms or The Bristol SU Loft in Senate House, The Balloon Bar or Ground Floor Foyer in The Richmond Building: https://airtable.com/appiTesHkPd6jMoNa/shrBOos8yba0f30BQ 

Special Events are large-scale public events that meet the following conditions: 

  • Attracts at least 200 attendees
  • Appeals to a wide variety of students
  • Has a strong idea and identity and is likely to sell out
  • Is inclusive and makes a positive impact on student life at Bristol
