The number of inspiring nominations we received this year was staggering, and the final list was one of the most competitive we’ve ever seen.

What are the SU most influential students awards?
The 50 Most Influential Students awards showcase individuals and groups who have gone above and beyond, shaping the University of Bristol experience for everyone around them.
Each winner was nominated by a fellow student or staff member at the University, or they put forward thier own nomination for why they should be on the list. Our winners were then narrowed down using ten criteria, evaluating how these students or groups have made an impact in your comminity.

Whether through leadership, community impact, advocacy, sustainability, or innovation, these students have demonstrated exceptional dedication, talent, and a genuine desire to make positive change on and off campus.
From inspiring their peer groups to leading on new projects, these are the individuals and groups who define what it means to be a part of the Bristol community.
Fiona won fundraiser of the year as she raised over £1000 for Bristol-based womens charities! Epigram were recognised for thier dedication to student led journalism and thier co-editor in chief Annie was nominated for her outstanding work promoting their 'Break the Mould' campaign.
Hungry Caterpillar Food Co-op won the award for project of the year, make sure you read thier winners bio and find out where you can pick up your next sustainabily sourced grocery shop. Ryan Webb was noted for his exceptional work as the Mens Rugby Captain, which also led to them winning sports club of the year 2025.
Finnaly, student group of the year was awarded to the Ukrainian Society who have made a lasting impact through community building, cultural exchange and advocacy. Well done! 🥳
