The yoga society is all about improving mental and physical wellbeing in addition to meeting new people in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere! Our classes are suitable for all abilities and equipment is provided.
Our instructors have carefully designed sessions with routines and flows that improve posture, energy levels and strength. Breathing and meditation exercises are intertwined throughout the sessions to focus on grounding, self-love and respect. Routines are not fixed and can be adapted to suit individual abilities.
The society runs eight classes a week, taking place everyday except Thursday's. The classes are open to absolutely everyone no matter previous experience or fitness. Classes can be individually tailored to suit your abilities. You can sign up online at any time during the year.
Tickets
For the classes please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and which do not cover your feet. The classes are performed barefoot, so trainers, socks and tights are not allowed.
