Grab your hockey stick and play in our fun and inclusive hockey league! The standard is mixed throughout all teams, so you can take part whether you a well seasoned player or picking up your hockey stick for the first time in years! 

LEAGUE FORMAT: Matches are 7-a-side (Hockey 7s) with a rush goalkeeper (no GK equipment required.) 1 division with 8 teams in the league. Teams play each other TWICE across terms One & Two. Each match is 1-hour in length (including a small half-time interval.) 

WHERE: Coombe Dingle Sports Complex, Lower Astro

WHEN: SUNDAYS, 13:30 - 15:30

EQUIPMENT: Players must bring their own hockey stick to play. Gumshields are strongly advised.

COST: £34 per player (covers the whole year)

MINIMUM SQUAD SIZE: 10 players
