We offer a wide range of quality exercise classes to suit everyone's abilities. We have colour-coded our class timetable to make it easy to work out which sessions are best for you.
These are low or no impact classes, good for someone just starting out, or returning to exercise after a break or injury.
For those who exercise regularly with few or no limitations and looking for more of a challenge.
These classes are for those of a higher level of fitness for a more intense workout, with some high impact variations or more intense strength moves.
We also offer blocks of Pilates classes, to help you build up your strength and flexibility. These sessions are kept to small numbers to allow the instructor to give support to the whole class.
