Coronavirus update 26th June 2020

Many volunteering activities are not currently running in the same way as before due to social distancing measures. However, there are still lots of ways you can make a positive impact. There are many valuable online or phone based opportunities and as restrictions are eased, traditional face to face opportunities will become available again with adaptions.

Keep an eye on our portal for SU approved opportunities.

You could also participate in global research projects of all kinds though Zooniverse or find the perfect opportunity via the UN online volunteering website.

Become a community peer supporter through the TalkCampus volunteering programme

Make sure to keep up to date with NHS and government guidelines to protect yourself and others.

Voscur have produced some guidance for volunteering for the coronavirus response
