Beginner Orientated Session

Location: Powersports Gym
New to kickboxing? This session is a great place to start! You’ll learn the basics - punches, kicks, footwork, and simple defensive moves - in a relaxed, friendly environment.
The focus is on getting your technique right, building confidence, and having a fun workout that improves strength, fitness, and coordination. No experience needed - just bring some energy and a willingness to give it a go!
Wear comfortable gym clothes and bring some water!
