The Just Ask Advice Team is here to inform, advise and guide students on how to get the best outcome from University policies, processes and procedures.

In response to COVID-19 the University has made a number of changes to teaching and assessment. You can find out more about this on our Teaching and Assessment 2020 page.

There have also been changes to the way you can inform the University about issues affecting your study, report absence and request extensions or deferrals for assessments. You can find out more about this on our Extenuating Circumstances 2020 page.

Just Ask can advise about these issues but we are also still available to provide guidance and support on all other University policies and procedures such as academic appeals, plagiarism, complaintsfitness to study, fitness to practise and many others.

If you need specialist support with other matters such as mental health, accommodation, financial issues or visas we can refer you to other appropriate services.

Our service is free, confidential and impartial.

The Just Ask team are now working from home. If you want to contact us we would suggest that you use the online form below or send us an email. If you need to contact us by phone please leave a message explaining the situation and include your email address so we can get back to you.
